The email was received on the editorial address of our site, more than a month after the initial request.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"line-height: 1.3em; background-color: initial;\" src=\"https:\/\/bivol.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Capture_2014-07-22_a_15.45.40.jpg\" alt=\"Capture_2014-07-22_a_15.45.40\" width=\"500\" height=\"457\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">So, it seems that the Minister of Environment and Waters from the quota of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS, the party largely representing the Turkish minority in Bulgaria &#8211; editor\u2019s note) has lied that Anastasov has graduated with a major in &#8220;Informatics&#8221; from the Munich Technical University (TUM) in Germany in his official introduction on the DPS website. After the first publication on the topic by Bivol and Anastasov\u2019s refusal to answer journalists&#8217; questions, the word &#8220;graduated&#8221; was changed to \u201ccompleted the course of study\u201d in the information on the website of the Ministry, which means he was enrolled, but did not receive a diploma. TUM\u2019s response does not make it clear whether during these three years Anastasov has taken any exams at the prestigious university or was just enrolled there.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">TUM initially refused provide this information, arguing that according to German law on personal data protection, Anastasov must consent to its disclosure. The former student, however, did not respond to Bivol\u2019s questions, sent through the press office of DPS. Anastasov answered with silence to inquiries from journalists on its graduation in Germany.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Bivol insisted again that information be provided without the consent of the Minister, citing the overriding public interest and of the jurisprudence of the Strasbourg Human Rights Court.
