Meanwhile, the Bulgarian Capital daily informed that caretaker Minister, Vasil Shtonov, has denied access to South Stream documents, contrary to the declarations of Prime Minister, Georgi Bliznashki, pledging transparency and the promises, made earlier, to the so-called “Protest Network”.<\/p>\n
Also on Tuesday, the Russian propaganda radio “Voice of Russia” announced that Bulgaria and Russia are negotiating, with the mediation of EU Energy Commissioner Oettinger, how to circumvent the Third Energy Package, which requires giving access to the pipe to third parties and is formally cited as an obstacle on the part of the European Commission for the launch of the Russian project.<\/p>\n
We are yet to find out whether this is an informational bluff, or on the contrary, whether it explains why the project documents are being concealed.<\/p>\n
