Bivol en bulgare veut dire \u00ab\u00a0buffle\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est un noble et bel animal qui n\u2019a peur de rien et lorsqu\u2019il charge avec ses cornes il le fait jusqu\u2019au bout, sans sourciller. C\u2019est ce genre de journalisme que nous comptons d\u00e9velopper ici. Dans un monde o\u00f9 l\u2019on croule sous des informations souvent biais\u00e9es nous esp\u00e9rons \u2013 gr\u00e2ce aux cornes de notre buffle \u2013 nous approcher au plus pr\u00e8s de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9. Car c\u2019est ce que nous voulons faire ici.<\/p>\n<p>Sans censure ni autocensure, nous vous proposons de mani\u00e8re objective et correcte des discussions sur les sujets les plus br\u00fblants de notre quotidien. Auteur de plusieurs enqu\u00eates qui ont fait date sur la corruption et les liens entre politiques et criminalit\u00e9 organis\u00e9e. Laur\u00e9at du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre prix journalistique <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leipziger-medienstiftung.de\/?p=3163&amp;lang=en\">Leipzig Media Award<\/a>, appel\u00e9 parfois le \u00ab\u00a0Pulitzer europ\u00e9en\u00a0\u00bb, en 2010. Bivol a \u00e9dit\u00e9 et publi\u00e9 les rapports diplomatiques sur la Bulgarie et la Mac\u00e9doine (projet Cablegate), la correspondance de l\u2019entreprise d\u2019espionnage am\u00e9ricaine priv\u00e9e Stratfor (projet Gifiles) et appara\u00eet comme partenaire m\u00e9diatique pour les projets PlusD et SpyFiles3. Le commentaire de Julian Assange sur cette collaboration pour \u00eatre <a href=\"http:\/\/wikileaks.org\/Julian-Assange-Presentation-to-EU.html\">visionn\u00e9<\/a> dans son intervention dans une conf\u00e9rence contre la corruption dans le Parlement europ\u00e9en du 5 d\u00e9cembre 2012, ainsi que dans cet entretien accord\u00e9 \u00e0 un <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/bivol\/julian-assange-interview-for\">m\u00e9dia belge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Prix:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>2010<\/strong> \u2013 Assen Yordanov re\u00e7oit le prestigieux prix journalistique Leipzig Media Award.<br \/>\n<strong>2012<\/strong> \u2013 Le site Bivol re\u00e7oit le prix du public pour le concours \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019homme de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb en Bulgarie.<br \/>\n<strong>2013<\/strong> \u2013 Le site re\u00e7oit le prix de la Fondation sur la diversit\u00e9 biologique pour 2013, 2014 et 2017 en Bulgarie.<br \/>\n<strong>2014<\/strong> \u2013 Assen Yordanov est le seul Bulgare dans la liste de RSF \u00ab\u00a0Les 100 h\u00e9ros de l\u2019information\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong> \u2013 un jury compos\u00e9 de journalistes attribue \u00e0 Bivol le prix pour enqu\u00eates \u00ab\u00a0Radostina Konstantinova\u00a0\u00bb en Bulgarie. Le conseil d\u2019administration de la fondation, domin\u00e9 par des \u00e9diteurs de journaux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019oligarchie locale, refuse de remettre ce prix. Il arrive \u00e0 les repousser. Une enqu\u00eate est ouverte pour tentative de meurtre. Sans suite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2008<\/strong> \u2013 en novembre Assen Yordanov est inform\u00e9 qu\u2019il est menac\u00e9 de mort. Il fait l\u2019objet de filatures. Selon la police, un procureur adjoint du parquet de Bourgas a mis sur sa t\u00eate un contrat qui doit \u00eatre ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 par un groupe criminel de la ville. Le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Sofia est saisi. Sans cons\u00e9quences pour le commanditaire et les ex\u00e9cutants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2012<\/strong> \u2013 quatre banques bulgares se plaignent aupr\u00e8s de la banque centrale que leur r\u00e9putation est ternie par des articles publi\u00e9s par Bivol (des c\u00e2bles am\u00e9ricains) et demandent que le site soit sanctionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2012<\/strong> \u2013 Dimitar Sto\u00efanov re\u00e7oit des menaces pendant qu\u2019il filme des magistrats en \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9bri\u00e9t\u00e9 pendant leurs heures de travail. On lui accorde une protection polici\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2013<\/strong> &#8211; Dimitar Sto\u00efanov est asperg\u00e9 d\u2019essence et menac\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre immol\u00e9 pendant un reportage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2014<\/strong> \u2013 La Commission de contr\u00f4le des finances (Bulgarie) ordonne \u00e0 Bivol de d\u00e9voiler ses sources sous peine d\u2019une amende.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015<\/strong> \u2013 Dimitar Sto\u00efanov est suivi de mani\u00e8re ostentatoire par des gros bras pendant son enqu\u00eate sur la PIB, la Premi\u00e8re banque d\u2019investissement de Bulgarie. Des inconnus p\u00e9n\u00e8trent et fouillent son domicile. Dimitar Sto\u00efanov porte plainte, sans r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2015<\/strong> \u2013 Une enqu\u00eate judiciaire est ouverte \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019Atanas Tchobanov pour \u00ab\u00a0diffamation\u00a0\u00bb suite \u00e0 la plainte de l\u2019ex-ministre Ivan Danov apr\u00e8s publication d\u2019articles sur Bivol d\u00e9montrant que ce dernier a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 des Assedic en France. L\u2019enqu\u00eate conclut \u00e0 l\u2019absence de diffamation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong> \u2013 Le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral convoque les journalistes de Bivol dans le cadre de l\u2019affaire YanevaGate et tente de confisquer les serveurs du site bas\u00e9s en France.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong> \u2013 Un proc\u00e8s administratif est intent\u00e9 contre Assen Yordanov et ses comptes bloqu\u00e9s sur la base d\u2019une fausse accusation de non paiement d\u2019imp\u00f4ts d\u2019il y a 15 ans. Il porte plainte, une enqu\u00eate est ouverte et qui conclut qu\u2019il a bien acquitt\u00e9 ses imp\u00f4ts, l\u2019administration argue d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0probl\u00e8me informatique\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2017<\/strong> &#8211; Menace \u00ab\u00a0sicilienne\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019Atanas Tchobanov. Il trouve sur le capot de sa voiture gar\u00e9e devant son domicile \u00e0 Paris une immense peluche d\u2019un loup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2018<\/strong> \u2013 Dimitar Sto\u00efanov et son coll\u00e8gue roumain Attila Biro sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s par la police pendant leur enqu\u00eate sur GPGate, une vaste escroquerie aux fonds europ\u00e9ens impliquant des entreprises de BTP et de consulting li\u00e9s au magnat des hydrocarbures Valentin Zlatev.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2018<\/strong> &#8211; Les journalistes de Bivol re\u00e7oivent des informations sur une \u00ab\u00a0menace s\u00e9rieuse et imminente quant \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 cause de leurs investigations sur GPGate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019<\/strong> \u2013 Le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ouvre une enqu\u00eate sur Assen Yordanov et Atanas Tchobanov sur la base d\u2019une fausse plainte concernant leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8res suite aux r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de Bivol sur des dizaines de politiques, de fonctionnaires et de magistrats ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de prix inhabituellement bas pour acqu\u00e9rir des appartements et des villas, affaire connue sous le nom de AppartamentGate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019<\/strong> \u2013 Le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral accuse Bivol pour le hacking du site du fisc bulgare, NAP, et d\u00e9livre un mandat d\u2019enqu\u00eate europ\u00e9enne \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019Atanas Tchobanov en France, demandant \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit interrog\u00e9 par la justice. RSF demande \u00e0 Paris d\u2019ignorer cette requ\u00eate.
