While the public was focusing exclusively on the concrete at camping site “Yug” (South) on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast, the same investor leveled the dunes of the neighboring campsite “Kiten”, our reader Nikolay Neev, who also sent pictures of the site, signaled..
A check in the Cadastre and Land Registry showed that the land plot in question belongs to the same owner – Ivan Todorov, Skoda importer and distributor for Bulgaria, but through another company named Flagman Hotel. Bivol exposed Todorov in serious connections with Bulgarian drug lord Evelyn Banev AKA Brendo.
The neighboring lands are owned by the municipality of Primorsko. Bivol contacted the Mayor of Primorsko, who was adamant that a building permit has not been issued and promised to appoint a probe.
It is clearly visible on Google Earth what is on the ground near the beach, north of the river Karaagach – dunes. The same can be seen on the map from 2001 on the site of the Cadastre Agency. It turns out that the dunes of the camping sites “South” and “Kiten” have not been updated together with the other beaches in the Burgas Region, as the Cadastre Agency boasted in September 2014
